The relationship with anthropological and ethnological topics has been close to the director since his studies. This film was created at the initiative of the Center of Traditional Culture in Myjava as part of a cycle of films about interesting basket makers of the older generation from the basket making community meeting at the event Unusual Wicker Shapes in Rudník. So far, 3 films have been made (2 of the 3 main protagonists have died in the meantime).
